Right to Housing recommendations for upcoming City Budget
Yutaka Dirks, Chair of the City Working Group of the Right to Housing Coalition; has written to Mayor Gillingham and the current Council members regarding the investment needed by the City in its upcoming budget to address the housing and homelessness crisis.
