CCPA Manitoba releases Alternative Municipal Budget

The Manitoba Office of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives launched its Alternative Municipal Budget Winnipeg 2014 on April 29th at the Winnipeg Public Library.

2014 is an election year in Winnipeg and this Alternative Municipal Budget is meant to stimulate discussion around some of the important concerns facing our city including affordable housing.
